Laura Jean Moore is the founder of StoryWoolf, a new publishing platform and digital marketplace to revolutionize how writing is published and great reads are discovered. Her stories, essays, and poetry have been featured in PANK, the Electric Encyclopedia of Experimental Literature, Hobart, VICE, the Brooklyn Rail, and elsewhere. She has an MFA from Columbia University and is formerly an assistant editor at NOON. Her short story, Husbandry, is the winner of the 2018 short fiction contest of the Los Angeles Review, and will be available to read in Issue 23 (forthcoming).
She is the co-host of the podcast, Bureau of Complaint, with Tye Pemberton. Her (now defunct) podcast with Victoria Davis, Livin’ and Lovin’ in NYC, has been featured in the Village Voice, WNYC, Thrillist, and FILTHY.
